- Your resident should reach out to you regularly throughout the academic year. Frequency may vary person to person.
- Communication may be via phone, zoom, email, or in-person.
- This is your opportunity to ask any and all family medicine questions you may have, as well as the journey to residency. (see topic ideas below)
- Your resident will serve as your mentor for 1 academic year. Additional mentoring TBD.
