If you are accepted into the program, you will receive an email with a link to a brief Demographic Collection Form sent to the email address on your application. Please check that email regularly, including spam or junk folders.

The form is separate from your application and is used only for reporting and analysis. Your responses do not affect eligibility or acceptance.

This information supports program reporting and funding and helps keep the program free for students. Responses are reviewed only by our data administration team and are not visible to recruiting or program staff. Your privacy is protected at all times.
