Important Dates

  • Proposal Deadline: June 30, 2026
  • Program Registration Deadline: June 30, 2026
  • Notification of Proposal Selection: July 10, 2026
  • Event Day: Saturday, September 19, 2026

Registration is free for residency programs and includes:

  • One 6-foot table with chairs
  • Program listing on event website
  • Inclusion in pre-event marketing to students
  • Meals and refreshments for up to four representatives
  • Access to post-event attendee list (opt-in)
  • Social media tagging

Call for Presentation Proposals

Share your expertise with the students attending the fair. We’re seeking proposals from residency programs, faculty, and current residents for breakout sessions: lectures, panel discussions, skills labs, and lunch table topics.

What We’re Looking For

Presentations that inform, inspire, and honestly address what it means to train in primary care in Arkansas. We especially welcome sessions that feature current residents, showcase hands-on skills, or address real questions medical students ask about the specialty.
