Frequently Asked Questions
Can I share a room with a classmate?
Yes. If you and a classmate are both attending, indicate during registration that you would like to share a room. Sharing rooms helps us stretch our lodging budget to support more students.
What if lodging is unavailable by the time I register?
If our allocation of rooms has been fully committed by the time you register, we will notify you so you can make your own arrangements. The fair itself is free to attend, and all event meals are included with registration.
What if I need to cancel after my room has been booked?
Notify our team as soon as possible, ideally at least two weeks before the event, so we can release the room and offer it to another student on our waiting list. There is no penalty for a schedule change, but advance notice helps us reallocate the room to another student or avoid unnecessary hotel charges.
Are all travel costs covered?
At this time, we are only able to offer lodging assistance. Transportation to and from the fair and any other personal expenses are the student’s responsibility. All meals during the event are included with fair registration.
