Camp Details
The MASH camp in Texarkana, Arkansas, will be held June 3-14, 2024. Students meet each day at the UAMS Southwest Regional Campus, visiting and shadowing health professionals from various organizations throughout Texarkana and surrounding areas.
This two-week program focuses on health careers, pre-health and professional education, and healthy lifestyles.
The camp is comprised of students from school districts in northeast Texas and southwest Arkansas.
Ideal campers will have a minimum 3.0 GPA, completed 10th grade, completed Biology, and be interested in exploring health careers.
Students must be able to provide transportation to and from camp each day and be available for the entirety of the camp dates.
Campers should expect to be available from 8 a.m. to approximately 4 p.m. each day with occasional days going until 5 p.m.
