Our vision is to inspire a passion for lifelong learning and service in our residents and to provide state-of-the-art compassionate health care for patients throughout all stages of life. Our mission is to provide a core curriculum that includes the body of medical knowledge and skills needed in order to prepare our graduates for any type of practice opportunity available within the specialty of Family Medicine. As of 2020, we have graduated 288 residents.

The Lifestyle

We are also quite proud of the quality of life that we have in Northwest Arkansas, which is the fastest growing region in the state and the 14th-fastest-growing metro area in the U.S. Click the images below, and you’ll see why we are not just a region … we are a way of life.
